1. General Conditions

Lavish Theory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Usage

All lash supplies sold by Lavish Theory are intended for professional use only. Proper training and certification are recommended prior to use.

Lavish Theory is not responsible for misuse, improper application, allergic reactions, or results caused by failure to follow proper professional procedures.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to use of any adhesive or chemical product.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the hygienic nature of lash supplies, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on lash trays, adhesives, bonders, removers, tweezers, lash shampoo, tiles, accessories, or merchandise.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and affected items

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Lavish Theory. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lavish Theory is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier once the order has been marked shipped.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lavish Theory is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, we may assist with a carrier claim when applicable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback for a valid order is considered a violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is initiated, Lavish Theory reserves the right to:

  • suspend future purchases

  • cancel pending orders

  • require alternative payment methods

All documentation, including policies and delivery confirmation, will be submitted to the payment processor.

8. Pricing & Product Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Lavish Theory reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product description errors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product names, images, branding, graphics, and written material is the property of Lavish Theory and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lavish Theory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

By purchasing from Lavish Theory, you agree to use all products at your own professional discretion and risk.
